We made this for ourselves first.

Nicole is a mechanical engineer. Most of her working days happen on active construction sites — designing building systems, walking through mechanical rooms, reviewing work in the field. Dry air, cold temperatures, concrete dust, and a lot of hand-washing at the end of every day.

She carries lip balm and lotion in her field bag the same way she carries her measuring tape. Not optional. Not a luxury. Just part of being comfortable enough to do the work.

The problem was finding products that actually worked without irritating sensitive skin. Most "natural" options were ineffective. Most effective options were full of things that made sensitive skin worse.

So she and her mom started making their own.

Every formula went through the same filter: does it work in real conditions, on real skin, without causing problems? The lotion had to absorb fast enough to put gloves back on. The lip balm had to last through a full day outdoors without constant reapplication. The soap had to clean off genuine site dirt without leaving skin tight and dry. 

That's still the filter. Nothing makes it into the lineup unless it passes.
